Thank you for choosing Shawn Wyrozub Photography. By accessing your online gallery, purchasing images, downloading files, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All photographs are the copyrighted property of Shawn Wyrozub Photography. Purchasing digital files, prints, or products does not transfer copyright ownership.

Clients are granted a personal usage license that allows them to download, share, and print purchased images for personal use.

Images may not be:

Sold, licensed, or redistributed
Entered into contests without permission
Altered, edited, or modified beyond basic cropping for personal use
Used for commercial, advertising, promotional, or business purposes without written permission

Personal Use & Social Media

Clients are welcome and encouraged to share their purchased images online.

When posting to social media, credit to Shawn Wyrozub Photography is appreciated.

Please do not apply additional filters, heavy edits, or alterations that change the original appearance of the photograph.

Commercial & Organizational Use

Businesses, sports organizations, teams, schools, brands, media outlets, and other organizations require a commercial usage agreement before using images for marketing, advertising, publications, websites, sponsorship materials, or promotional purposes.

Digital Downloads

Once a digital image has been purchased and delivered, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased files.

Prints & Products

Prints and physical products are produced through professional print partners. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, all sales are final unless there is a production defect or fulfillment issue.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact Shawn Wyrozub Photography promptly if there are any concerns.

Image Editing

All images are delivered as finished artwork representing the style and creative direction of Shawn Wyrozub Photography.

RAW files and unedited images are not provided.

Additional editing requests may be available at the photographer’s discretion and may require an additional fee.

Gallery Access

Online galleries are provided as a convenience for viewing, downloading, and purchasing images.

Gallery availability may be limited, and clients are encouraged to download purchased images promptly.

Shawn Wyrozub Photography is not responsible for storing images indefinitely after gallery expiration.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality service and secure storage, Shawn Wyrozub Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical issues, data loss, equipment failure, website outages, or third-party service interruptions.

Agreement

By accessing a gallery, downloading images, or purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
